The renovation consisted of a 425,000 SF four-story office building including a new headquarters and branch bank for Kleberg Bank, as well as multiple tenant finish outs.  All common areas within the building were also renovated which included the addition of a café and renovated four-story atrium.

The project included major structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural renovation and new construction services.
