TURNER | RAMIREZ ARCHITECTS is looking to fill a DESIGN ASSOCIATE position at our Corpus Christi location. 

• Production of Architectural Construction Drawings;
• Coordination and Integration of Engineering Drawings with Architectural;
• Work from the Designs of Others Under Supervision;
• Perform Routine and Limited Architectural Assignments. 

• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD;
• Minimum of 3-5 Years Architectural Experience;
• Excellent Attention to Detail and Highly Organized;
• Self-Starter, Able to Work in a Team, and Multi-Task;
• Proven Ability to Produce Architectural Drawings;
• Proficient in Architectural Detailing; 
• Strong Time-Management Skills, Production Knowledge, and a Sense of Ownership / Responsibility for Products Produced; 
• Ability to Communicate Effectively, Understand Project Scope, and Complete Designated Work on Time;
• Have a General Understanding of Building Code and ADA Guidelines;
• Dependable Transportation for Use During Work Day;
• Capable of Maneuvering Around Construction Sites and Climbing Ladders to Document Existing Site Conditions.

• Bachelor of Architecture or BS Architecture Preferred;
• Proficiency in Construction Methodology;
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Rendering Software.
