PROJECT MANAGER

A Project Manager is responsible for a broad range of activities including initial site investigation, design coordination and oversight, the delivery of quality construction documents, and construction administration activities. They are the team leader for concurrent projects in various stages of design and construction and are responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of technical personnel and coordinating the work of project consultants.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Design Team with Development of Design and Procurement of Documents;
  • Direct and Instruct Inner-Office Technical Personnel with Specific Tasks;
Required Qualificatons
  • Must have 5-10 Years of Project Management Experience;
  • Must Demonstrate a High Level of Competency Regarding Building Technologies, Structures, Building Codes, Development of Construction Documents, and Construction Processes. 
  • Must be Detail-Oriented;
  • Significant Construction Administration Experience;
